You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3jl9 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 3jl9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify 3jl9 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3jl9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
All transactions on the 3jl9 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 3jl9 accepts the following payment methods for deposits:
Deposits are credited to your 3jl9 account balance in real time or within the processing time specified for each payment method. 3jl9 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
All funds deposited into your 3jl9 account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 30 seconds to 5 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete 3jl9's Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process, which includes submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID and proof of address. This is a mandatory PAGCOR compliance requirement.
3jl9 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance obligations. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if verification is incomplete or if suspicious activity is detected on the account.
All games available on the 3jl9 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems. RNG games are independently audited by accredited testing laboratories to ensure compliance with fairness standards. 3jl9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 3jl9 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3jl9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 3jl9's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
Players who believe a dispute has not been resolved fairly may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
